• Guides closely monitor the health and well-being of climbers throughout the expedition.

3. Altitude Sickness Prevention and Management

• Pre-climb education on altitude sickness symptoms and risks.
• Built-in acclimatization day in our itinerary.
• Use of the “climb high, sleep low” principle.
• Guides carry pulse oximeters, supplemental oxygen, and first aid kits.
• In case of AMS (Acute Mountain Sickness), we slow the ascent or descend immediately.
